Compounding, filling and QC under one roof
The lab that develops your formula and the line that fills it are on the same site. That is unusual among exporters — and it is the reason a formula problem gets fixed in days rather than in a round of emails between a trading office and an unnamed factory.

Four stages, none of them outsourced
Compounding and emulsification
Batching vessels with controlled heating and agitation for surfactant systems, emulsions and anhydrous oils. Viscosity and pH are checked in-process, not only at the end.
Filling and packing
Eight production lines with filling for bottles, tubes, jars and sachets, followed by labelling, cartoning and palletising on site.
In-house microbiology
Challenge testing and routine micro counts are run in the plant laboratory, which shortens the loop between a failed result and a corrected batch.
Chemical and stability testing
Accelerated and real-time stability programmes covering separation, colour drift, viscosity change and fragrance stability across the claimed shelf life.
Same site means the feedback loop is short

Want to see the line running?
We host video calls from the plant floor and, for projects at a serious stage, in-person audits. Ask for a walkthrough of the specific line your product needs.
